Tru Challenge has been created to increase the number of people getting active.
The idea behind it is to challenge yourself and others.
Once a video has been uploaded, people can give words of advice and tips (but only positive, we are a community that encourages each other).
The unique part of our platform is that people can post a video of themselves doing your activity/challenge.
Creating a bit of competition between you and maybe a bit of motivation.
